What can I say! Lawrence is King of Cool. My Hubby was a newly qualified GP and was doing locum work until he could find partnership. So obviously did not have the conventional proof of earnings that regular mortgage brokers require to find mortgages. Lawrence and his team were amazing! Our move has been one of the most stressful things we have ever encountered and being a doctor and nurse is saying something! It took over 9 months with sellers having issues with evicting tenants from the property we were purchasing and having 3 sales fall through on our property! However, Lawrence was always there for us. Was so reassuring and had a calming affect when I rang him in a panic, which happened fairly frequently! We had to extend our mortgage due to the delay, which he sorted out for us so quickly. He gave advice when buyers brokers were incompetent and we felt like we were being messed about. He sorted our life insurance, which was again, was complicated with my husband’s medical history. We will not be going anywhere else! Words just cannot express how truly thankful we are to Lawrence and his team. That you ever so much.
