Very rude. THE MAN WAS ACTING LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR. Never use this company again. Awful service and cannot get the job done. Gone with First Union this time.This broker did not even bother to ask what rate I was offered by First Union. According to their website better rates could have been available.Based on this telephone enquiry I didn’t find out what was on offer just told they could offer no better deal so why bother with us. USE FIRST UNION friendly service and at least they try to help.
