I have a few buy to let (BTL) properties and over the years I have always remortgaged or shopped around for better deals. Many companies and brokers that I have dealt with have been poor in communicating and wasted time and money in fees without delivering the end product. I have recently amended a BTL mortgage with a mortgage now and they have been fantastic. Colum has been excellent at communicating what is required and constantly provided feedback on how the application was progressing, with accurate timescales for completion. I wish I had dealt with Colum previously rather than any other companies. I am reviewing other mortgages and will be using a Mortgage Now because they get the job done without all the hassle. I don’t normally leave reviews but I couldn’t recommend them enough. I would also ask for Colum as this is who I have dealt with. James
