Our situation wasn’t the best after we found out my partners credit was really bad with payday loans, defaults and missed payments oh and multiple jobs over the last two years. Lawrence was really reassuring, we provided all the documents to help him build a clearer picture before submitting our mortgage offer. Communication is key and Lawrence and Colum kept us up to date throughout the process.
