Very polite and efficient broker, however due to me procrastinating the transfer by 2 months their money back offer for a product transfer changed from £300 to £200 with the broker refuting the idea that they’d ever offered £300 cashback…hmm not a good look, my memory’s bad but it’s not that bad. When i asked (having researched it online) whether the lender would pay them approx 0.4% of the outstanding loan in fees they said they would get nowhere near that amount and it turned out they got 0.32% so i wasn’t that far off. FYI it seems crazy but you can get better deals through brokers rather than going directly to your lender.
