I was looking to re-mortgage to my existing lender for a 5-year fix. This was purely down to the imminent BoE interest rate rise in a couple of days at the time. As such, no other lenders had any better product. Lawrence took time to understand what i was trying to achieve; i.e; swift, efficient, no-nonsense remortgage service.
