I contacted A Mortgage Now and spoke with Lawrence who explained that he can complete my application for a new fixed rate deal with my existing mortgage provider Barclays / Woolwich. The documentation was sent to me via email very quickly, I printwd it off, read and tthen signed it and sent it back. I then decided that I wanted a five year fixed rate, in view of the Brexit situation and contacted Lawrence informing him of my decision. Again I received the documents very quickly and my fixed rate was securred. I now know exactly how much my mortgage will be costing me for the next five years and it’s significantly less than I’d been paying for the previous two. Very happy with the service that I received.
