This company is beyond the worst. complete an utter useless waste of time. Please do not use them!! Find someone else right NOW! I never review anything or anyone but I would like to spare you of my experience. I left this company thinking they must be a scam! They will waste your time. You have to do your own credit report (with 3 companies!) You pay in steps £99 then £199 then £499 which may give you false confidence that you are handing over your cash in stages to a company that has strict procedures so they must know what they are doing… but after 6 weeks they still haven’t given my file to an underwriter!! kidding me!! Only to be asked to resend information that I have already provided BEFORE with a new long list of details regarding gifts when there was no gift applicable. so that it can be bundled to an underwriter in one file. What the hell have they been doing for the last 6 weeks. This took my new broker less than 48 hours as a good broker will know what is required and ask you to prepare it so that the underwriter has everything they need. The broker was Colum and he was polite but at the extreme end of inefficient/slow in my view. If you have 6 months, then they will be just fine. Otherwise, DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME USING THIS COMPANY as they are A mortgage so so so much later!!!!
