Heads up for BM Solutions Existing Borrowers with imminent product expiry dates

BM Solutions mortgage holders with products expiring on 31 July 2021, 31st August 2021, or 30th September 2021, need to be aware of some systems changes that they need to work around in order to obtain a new BM Solutions mortgage rate going forward.

Don’t delay – contact us now because

BM Solutions are moving their mortgage product transfer process on to a new system in the next few weeks.

This means that product transfer requests cannot be submitted between Friday 3rd September and Wednesday 15th September

What does this mean for BM Solutions existing borrowers

If your existing BM Solutions mortgage rate is due to expire between now and 30th November 2021 you need to contact us to take action now otherwise:

If you miss changing a rate which has expired June, July or August, you may experience a delay is securing your new rate

  • If you miss changing a rate which has expired June, July or August, you may experience a delay is securing your new rate
  • If you have a rate expiring 30th September you should secure a rate in the next few weeks and certainly before 3rd September
  • If you have a rate expiring 31st October or 30th November you may miss the chance to secure a lower rate early

Further advances

BM Solutions are still working on giving the new computer system the facility to handle further advances.

This means that unless you get your further advance application in by 1st August 2021, BM Solutions will not be able to accept further advance applications until further notice (i.e. until the system is adapted).

All existing further advance applications must complete by Tuesday 24th August. Further advance offers cannot be extended beyond that date.
