For self employed applicants some lenders will use an accountants’ certificate to evidence income.
Even where a lender will ask for tax calculations or limited company accounts to evidence income, a completed accountants’ certificate can be useful to us as mortgage brokers. It will enable your us to quickly understand your income position and therefore, likely lending options.
