Why you should get a Home Survey – RCIS Video

Homescore Reports

Suitable for standard construction properties which appear to be in reasonable condition and not subject to major alteration since initial construction. Our valuer’s version of the Homebuyer Report with the benefit 1 to 10 scoring of the condition of each major element of the property. Swift service and your report is normally with you same day. All reports carried out by RICS registered surveyors carrying personal indemnity insurance.

Building Surveys

Suitable for properties over 100 years of age, those with unusual construction, poor condition, or properties that have been subject to major renovation or alteration. Also suitable if major alterations are planned.

Working with your mortgage lender

Lenders prefer to arrange their own surveys for lending purposes and our service is not designed to replace this. You should use our service where you require a written report on the condition of the property and wish to control the process yourself. You should not use our service if your intention is to dispute a valuation figure obtained from your lender.
